How it works:
› The bottle enters the bottle washing machine, the optical eye automatically identifies the empty (full) bottle, detects, positions and intercepts the bottle. After the bottle is induced, the air drawn from the fan passes through the filter and generates a large number of ions through the negative ion generator to neutralize the static electricity of the residue and dust, so that the residue and dust adsorbed in the bottle are separated. The bottle is cleaned and purified by eliminating static electricity.
› The bottle enters the robot structure station, the mechanical hand claw clamps the bottle mouth and turns it over. Similarly, the ion wind enters the bottle through the spray gun, and the high pressure air is rotated and sprayed to form a strong whirlpool flow, so that the air penetrates into every corner of the bottle, making the dust adsorbed in the bottle lose its adsorption force and fall off. Then, it is washed by high pressure. That is, the dropped dust particles are blown out of the bottle by 0.4MPa-0.8mpa compressed air.
