This production line is suitable for test tube and other unstable slender tube products, such as frozen storage tube, centrifuge tube, PCR tube and other micro, small capacity nucleic acid detection, buffer solution, cleaning solution, diluent solution, enzyme free reagent products filling, capping, labeling and other processes.

Production line process composition: bottle → filling → Capping → Labeling →-------- (customized according to customer process requirements)

› According to customer requirements, choose reasonable metering methods, such as: peristaltic pump, piston pump, piston pump, etc.

› Modular design makes it easy and fast to replace products of different specifications.

› The power system of the equipment adopts precision CAM technology to drive the manipulator to automatically complete the operation of taking the cover, pre-screwing the cover and screwing the cover, and the operation quality of the equipment is stable and reliable.

› The main body of the equipment is made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy, non-toxic polymer materials, etc. The parts in contact with the liquid are made of pharmaceutical grade polymer materials or 316L stainless steel. The overall production line equipment meets the GMP requirements.

› Production lines of 25~150 bottles per minute (or even higher) can be customized according to customer requirements.
